Are you self-harming?
Most people would answer an emphatic 'no' to this question - but you may be self-harming by default, without realising.
We all wish to look the best we can, whether it be to fit in, not be ridiculed, not to feel inferior, wanting to look younger, not wanting to look older, out to impress or simply - just to be loved.
What is the cumulative effect on our health of the synthetic ingredients found in the majority of skincare products we use each day? Could the increase in allergies and disease, especially cancer be linked?
The debate is still raging so I choose to err on the side of caution and only use ingredients that are beneficial to my skin and my health. We all have that choice today and I choose not to self-harm.
What will you choose?
